Returns

Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original condition with all tags attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@p1state.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • Reason for return
  • Your preferred resolution (exchange, store credit, or refund if applicable)

Once received, our team will review your request and provide the next steps.

Return Options

Depending on item availability and return eligibility, you may be offered the following options through our returns portal:

  • Exchange: Swap your item for a different size or product
  • Store Credit: Issued instantly and available to use straight away
  • Refund: Returned to the original payment method

Available options are shown during the return process.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and are processed through the returns portal. If your requested item is unavailable, you may be offered an alternative option.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please initiate a return through the returns portal and include clear photos where prompted so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
