Return & Refund Policy

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • In original condition with all tags attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Start a Return

All returns are managed through our online returns portal.

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal and follow the prompts. You’ll need your order number and email address.


Return Options

Depending on item availability and eligibility, you may be offered:

  • Exchange – Swap for a different size or product

  • Store Credit – Issued once we receive the returned item

  • Refund – Returned to the original payment method

Available options are displayed during the return process.


Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and are processed via the returns portal.
If your requested item is unavailable, an alternative option will be offered.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please initiate a return via the returns portal and include clear photos where prompted.

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees relating to faulty or misdescribed products.


Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
